Book series publication – September 2019

I am honored and pleased to announce that I will be publishing a series of books about Buddhism and Psychology. I collaborated with Nadim Mekki to offer you the best combination of Western psychology and Buddhist wisdom in three books that are practical and very accessible.

All the three books contain elements of Buddhist practices and stories, along with practical exercises meant to help you gain new insights and improve your general wellbeing.

They will all be published in German, around September 23rd, 2019. We hope an English translation will be available soon.

“Zurück zum Glücksgefühl”Zurück zum Glücksgefühl-min

Translated in English as “Back to Happiness”. This is the first book of the series. Its main topic is how to deal with all kinds of disturbing emotions, and it contains the basics of Buddhist psychological tools, particularly the Four Noble Truths and the Noble Eightfold Path.

Alleinsein macht stark“Alleinsein macht stark”

Or “Being alone makes you strong”, is a book that deals with the widespread problem of loneliness. It focuses on the understanding of the Buddhist concepts of interdependence and unity with others. The goal is to help the reader understand that the feeling of loneliness comes from a feeling of separation from others, but also from oneself. This is an invitation for revisiting your relation with yourself and growing your passion toward yourself and others.

“Endlich Sinn finden”Endlich Sinn finden

In English “Finally find a meaning”, is a book about how to deal with the feeling of meaninglessness. Life can sometimes seems for many of us as empty of any meaning, especially when we are reduced to the routine of work and faced with the necessity of aging and death. This is the last book of this series and it contains many wisdom stories, as well as different paths you can explore to lead your life in a joyful and meaningful way.

In order to be reminded when the books will be published, I invite you to subscribe to the blog, or to my Facebook page.

Testimonials

Thank you very much for the great and empathetic support. Our sessions revealed long-lost resources and this enables me to have many wonderful experiences now.
Marco B.
I appreciated the way we were able to just chat about whatever was on my mind, even if it had no link with what I was ‘working’ on at the moment. That made me feel free to express myself without restrictions.

Because of our sessions I realized that it makes me much happier to live without exaggerated expectations, and I see the importance of starting new relationships with the necessary calmness.
