Have you ever tried to push a ball under water?

I did. And I noticed two things.

1. It needs a tremendous amount of strength.
2. Once one lets go of the ball, it comes up with double force.

Just as little as you can keep a ball underwater permanently, you can suppress your feelings permanently.

It is simply not possible and also harmful.

Emotions are energies in our body. They need to be accepted, lived, and let go.

As we push our emotions away, the energy builds up and our body and soul react. Fears, sleep problems, back pain and suchlike are the result.

Let your emotions live.

Testimonials

Thank you very much for the great and empathetic support. Our sessions revealed long-lost resources and this enables me to have many wonderful experiences now.
Marco B.
I appreciated the way we were able to just chat about whatever was on my mind, even if it had no link with what I was ‘working’ on at the moment. That made me feel free to express myself without restrictions.

Because of our sessions I realized that it makes me much happier to live without exaggerated expectations, and I see the importance of starting new relationships with the necessary calmness.
