    Why should you attend?

Our deepest inner feelings such as fear, joy, sadness, love, or anger play an enormous role in our inner suffering and happiness. They can kill our growth potential or enhance it. They can have a destructive or an energizing impact on our colleagues, friends and families.

It is hence a priority to take the time to empower oneself with psychological tools of mindfulness and wisdom. This workshop aims to teach you trustworthy tools that can change and improve your life.

    What is the Program?

    This Workshop lasts 2 hours.

1st Part: Understanding the fundamentals of Buddhist Psychology and why is it so relevant for our nowadays life.

    These questions will be addressed:

    How does our mind work?
How do we construct our opinion and judgments about the outer world?
    How do our emotions arise?
What is the source of our emotional suffering?

The participants are encouraged to interact and ask questions.

2nd Part: The participants will be asked to meditate on particular situations of their lives where they experienced negative or positive emotions, i.e. unhappiness, anger, stress, jealousy, or joy, motivation, love, optimism, etc.

An inquiry about the deep origins of those emotions will be conducted. The goal of the discussions is to use new learned tools from Buddhist Psychology to understand how those emotions have arisen, and how to heal them.
